All software comes on a CD unless an SD Card is requested.  SD cards are great for Netbooks and also work in the PDA for backups.  Software can also be downloaded however a CD/SD card is required if you wish to install the software on another computer.  A link to download will be provided after purchase is approved.

All Software:  Up to 60 days from date of purchase if password card is unopened or not requested on this order form.  We cannot allow returns for any software that is unlocked with a password. 

PALM PDA's.  We will replace the PDA if unit is not functioning for up to 30 days from order date.  All software comes preloaded on PDA and tested.
