Restrictions on use.  These Website packages are provided for users of TurboStats Software product to allow posting of statistical and team related information only.  Any other use is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing by TurboStats Software Company.  TurboStats Software Company an or it's successors has the right to cancel any account at any time and return the prorated percentage back to the customer less a setup fee if the site is used in a manor not listed above.  TurboStats Software Company has the right to review the information posted on any site at any time.  In no way is TurboStats Software Company to be held responsible for the accuracy or legality of any information posted on any website we host.  

The use of this website is intended for recreational purposes only.  In no event shall TurboStats be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other losses arising out of the use of this product.  If your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability the above limitation may not apply to you.
